Learning to Find Myself Again - The Sunday Times Bestseller

by Bowen, Olivia (Author)

*AS FEATURED ON OLIVIA'S NEW ITV2 SHOW, OLIVIA & ALEX: PARENTHOOD* In the summer of 2026, it will be ten years since Olivia Bowen appeared on the second series of Love Island finishing as runner up with her partner Alex. The couple are now the longest standing success story of the show's entire history - now married with two beautiful children, Abel, 3 years and Siena Grace, 3 months. The last decade for Olivia has been a very different experience from her first 20 years on this planet, her early years being peppered with family disruption, teenage rebellion, and unhealthy relationships, where she suffered emotional domestic abuse, and battled with depression and anxiety. In Lost Until Love, Olivia reflects on her life, sharing with her devoted followers exactly what life was like before her reality TV experience, the unseen bits, what the show taught her, how life is an ever changing challenge but also how Olivia has created a blueprint for a future love-filled adventure that she hopes will enlighten something in readers to encourage them to seek out their turning point and love for life. Olivia also explores her journey of motherhood, as well as the sad loss of her twin daughter while pregnant with Siena Grace and how this has changed her outlook on life and her future. Lost until Love is a love letter to Olivia's younger self; it might be Olivia's own story but the hope and learnings between these pages are for every person who wants to own, learn, and turn their story into a life well lived and loved.
